IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BREXIT AND ORDERS TO THE EU

With effect from 1 January 2021 all orders delivered to the EU will have the 20% VAT automatically deducted at checkout. All Import Duties and Taxes to EU countries will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges to find the exact import rates/costs.

We use Royal Mail and DHL to dispatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give the courier sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.

We accept payment from Credit and Debit MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron Cards via PayPal.

If you do not have PayPal  choose to checkout as a guest and from here you can enter your card details.
